Hotel Overview Bodega Bay Inn is located in the fishing village of Bodega Bay, on the beautiful Sonoma County coast, just an hour and a half north of San Francisco.
Our inn is convenient to the great vineyards and wineries of western Sonoma County. Other nearby activities include boat charters to the Cordell banks for birdwatching, bikeriding on our narrow, hilly, rural back roads, and kayaking local spots including Salmon Creek and Tomales Bay.
Our guests also enjoy whale watching during the spring and fall whale migrations. Many love hiking the trails of the 17 mile long Sonoma Coast State Beaches. This State Park is a series of long sandy beaches below rugged headlands, a craggy coastline with natural arches and secluded coves; features that make Sonoma Coast State Beach one of California's most scenic attractions.
Our inn offers spectacular gardens accented with sculptures and shapes. In the gardens are hundreds of varieties of gorgeous plants. At night, the fire pit is lit to provide an outdoor lounge. We are pleased to offer a smoke free, pet free Inn.
